As per Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Notification Dr. Mirza Ali Khan assumed the charge of the post of Director General (Research) Livestock & Dairy Development Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on 22-03-2017.

Dr. Mirza Ali Khan has a vast technical experience in Veterinary Research and has contributed significantly for the uplift of the sector. The technical colleagues of the Department expressed great satisfaction on his charge assumption and vowed to perform research and diagnostic activities tot he excellence under his leadership and command.
